Fake Annual
The people of Fake Magazine have made an Annual, showcasing bits from previous editions and my illustration has been included. It is free to view so take a peek below.
Make Away
A friend is involved with a pop-up shop called Make Away. In the shop customers can try out screen printing, by selecting a design to print on a whole host of products. One of my drawings is available to print. Go check out all the other designs and a range of handmade products in their space in Brighton Square, South Lanes.

BPB & Photo Fringe
Visited the Phoenix Gallery and Brighton University over the weekend to have a look at some of Brighton Photo Biennial and Photo Fringe. Here are a few photographs of my favourite bits and pieces from the exhibition.
Unphotographable by Michael David Murphy at the Phoenix Gallery. It explores through words the idea of the photograph that was never taken.
Also at the Phoenix is the Photobook Show Archive. Spent quite a bit of time rumaging through all them, here is a few of the books that caught my eye.

Fake Evolution
I have been creating an illustration for Fake Magazine's The Dream Edition. I have been experimenting with the idea of a dream feeling like a movie. The gif below shows the evolution of my illustration. Check out the rest of the issue here.

Waterlitz
A couple of photos of the Waterlitz cargo container man near Brighton Marina. Was rather baffled by the whole performance, which was part of Brighton Festival, but it looked good. It featured a polar bear, a pterodactyl, the Titanic, Robin Hood and a man on a bike flying through the sky. Insane.

Rapid
*UPDATE* - Now on the Elsie Magazine Blog.
Today I had a go at the Random Word Challenge that came with a magazine called Elsie. The aim was to google a word for images and select a range as your palette and create a illustration from them.
My word was: RAPID.
Here is the result.

Astronomy in the Pub
Last Weekend we went along to Astronomy in the Pub at Horns Lodge in South Chailey. The the lack of light pollution and the clear night made the sky look amazing.
The next day at a car boot we found a book called Timothy's Space Book, it has some pretty cool illustrations.
